McGettigan’s Executive Chef Derek Flynn says ‘Fish & chips is one of those dishes that will always be on our menus, whether it’s Jakarta or London it’s one of our top performing dishes. We sell over a quarter of a million portions of fish & chips a year across McGettigan’s, so it only felt right to mark the occasion – people just can’t get enough of this pub grub classic!’
